Holy Hell, this is Metal at its finest. Rob Rocks 3rd solo project starts with “Slayer of Souls” a furious song as are the rest of the songs. No ballads here. This is powerful hard rocking Melodic Metal with screaming guitars that reminds of the days of Chris Impellitteri. Catchy and anthem-like refrains make this album one of his best (“Calling angels” and the title track). For all of those who are into traditional classic Heavy Metal with great melodies and a first class voice there is no way to escape as this album is filled with classic sounds that have enduring shelf-life. This is by far Robs best project yet. Don't leave this store without it, or you'll be missing some of the best metal of today.
