This is a super RARE Pre-Released special Promo CD burned but professionaly printed. ONLY 100 MADE. I only have 5 of them. It comes with an original sleeve as far as I can tell however the CD itself is silver with black printing that reads,

(They eventually made FISTFUL into 2 words as shown on the cover)
